RK Shwami Properties is a 42 year old firm catering to the various real estate development activities. We deal with buying and selling ACRES(DRY LAND AND WETLAND), VILLAS, PLOTS etc. We cater to residential real estate development activity right from identifying suitable land and developing that into saleable plots. We handle various approval related activities such as CMDA/DTCP/RERA approval, etc. We also take care of legal due diligence at the time of purchase of lands.
We have developed few projects/small layouts during past 42 years, covering entire Tamilnadu.
Marketing already developed layouts as well across all areas. We have also supported other developers to buy many acres of land to develop their own layouts especially to mention is 25 acres of land purchase happened through us at THORAIPAKKAM Radial road Chennai one project in the year 2004. We have also supported in buying 100 acres of land in the area of sholinganallur during the period of 1993 which is named as CLASSIC FARM now.
